Review

  • The original sprint goal stayed valid, but it was not reached in the planned breadth.
  • A large part of the work shifted into the project-management and publishing frame: Jira as SSOT, mirror, docs structure, and skill rules.
  • Result: strong foundations were created, but preview work stayed as carry-over.

Retro

  • Worked well:
    • the lack of fit of docs/agile was recognized and not hidden
    • Jira, mirror, and docs were moved to a more durable model
  • Missing:
    • a clean sprint close at the intended end date
    • a full board view of all active sprint work
    • public sprint documentation as a visible part of the working style
  • Observed impediments:
    • project-management work was larger than first assumed
    • mobile/network interference in the coworking environment slowed work down
    • VPN was introduced as a countermeasure
