Review
- The original sprint goal stayed valid, but it was not reached in the planned breadth.
- A large part of the work shifted into the project-management and publishing frame: Jira as SSOT, mirror, docs structure, and skill rules.
- Result: strong foundations were created, but preview work stayed as carry-over.
Retro
- Worked well:
- the lack of fit of
docs/agilewas recognized and not hidden - Jira, mirror, and docs were moved to a more durable model
- the lack of fit of
- Missing:
- a clean sprint close at the intended end date
- a full board view of all active sprint work
- public sprint documentation as a visible part of the working style
- Observed impediments:
- project-management work was larger than first assumed
- mobile/network interference in the coworking environment slowed work down
- VPN was introduced as a countermeasure
